We all want to find cheap travel insurance for our next holiday. It always seems a dead cost, but winter sports travel insurance could be the best £40 - £100 you ever spend if you manage to hurt yourself on the slopes. Cheap travel insurance is often a trade off between essential additions to our policy and cheap frills that cover you only if you injure someone else.
If you really want cheap travel insurance, but don't want to be exposed too much, it can still be done. Look for a low excess payment for things like stolen goods or any claim, make sure you have adequate Medical cover (£1m is usually an absolute minimum) and also make sure it covers you for things like family being ill preventing you from even getting to the airport.
